Refund policy

At Fairies & Frills Co., each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. As a result, we maintain a careful return policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our artisans.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact

To initiate a return, please email us at fairiesfrillsco@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images of the product

  • Reason for return

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customised or made-to-order outfits

  • Size-related issues

  • Minor variations in color, embroidery, or fabric (as these are part of handcrafted charm)

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued as:

    • Store Credit, or

    • Original payment method (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once processing has begun, cancellations will not be accepted

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences

  • Each piece is handcrafted, making every outfit uniquely beautiful
