  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 10 –15 business days to dispatch

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept prepaid orders only. As many of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we begin creating each piece especially for your little one after your order is placed. Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once shipped

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates

Delays & Exceptions
